Adam patiently, and over a couple of weeks, provided test drives, suggestions, information, and guidance. I brought my gmc Acadia in here for warranty work. They performed an inspection on it. So, it was already on the car hoist. They got for 189 dollars for "looking" at my exhaust system. Hell I could've looked at it myself. Beware of what you tell them to look at because everything is an additional fee
Went to get car worked on before warranty expired and everyone was great and Taylor kept me informed throughout the process. No complaint and car is running great.

The technician is always in contact as the services are being done with my vehicle and they take pictures and videos of problematic issues they come across and ask if they want them taken care of and if it is OK to let go for time being but needs addressed at a later time. Staff is very courteous and friendly and lets me know when my services are completed. I've been to other dealers in past but no one can compare to Gurley Leep GMC service department. Best in the business, they will always have a customer with me!!!

DO NOT GO TO GURLEY LEEP for emergency service. On October 14, 2024, I pulled into the service department on Douglas Road. After charging me 169.95 to diagnose a battery problem, I was then charged an additional 343.50 for the battery. HIGHWAY robbery as I am a senior citizen who was on her way out of town that afternoon. Poor experience, I bought a used 2015 GMC 1500 pick up It looked pretty good except they had just got it in on trade and hadn't cleaned it up yet. Their service Dept. took 8 hours plus to do an oil change and tire rotation. They were supposed to install a chip they said they had, then they didn’t have, then we were told Yes, they had the chip and after trying to fry through on the phone to the service Dept which never answered their phone , it was getting near 5pm and we still had I heard from them, we went down there. I have personally bought multiple vehicles from girly leap and I'm usually asked to go with family members or friends when they are going to purchase a vehicle for themselves because of the negotiating aspects some people just are not comfortable with doing that. Bought my vehicle here, have had good service experience. The last service visit we ended up buying a new wheel, 4 tires and paid for an alignment. Our truck was there almost a week. Come to find out we paid $160 for an alignment that was never done. Now we have to come back in to leave the vehicle again so they can do the alignment that was never done in the first place. Rather frustrating.

The website sucks and so does the phone system. I tried to cancel a service appt for my Cadillac three different times and neither worked. The website seems not to offer a method of cancelling even though I set up the appt on the website. So I tried the in house phone line and the operator failed twice to connect me to the right person to cancel. Incredibly inefficient for them and for me. I will not buy another car from these people.
Avoid this dealership, beware of lemons, and beware of the service department that doesn’t really care for the quality of a repair. Have had 8 different issues within a a few weeks of purchasing our 17’ Acadia. If I could leave zero stars I would.

We originally found a car on cargurus we went to test drive here. Justin had reached out to me and we scheduled a time to test drive it. They worked with us on pricing and payment to get where we wanted. Long story short after seeing reviews about the car we test drove we decided against it.
