We had a great experience with Laz Valdez. He welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us to the customer lounge where he offered us coffee. Laz is friendly, knowledgeable and personalizes the car buying experience. He has the ability to think on his feet and we would make the drive to see him again.

DO NOT GO TO GURLEY LEEP for emergency service. On October 14, 2024, I pulled into the service department on Douglas Road. After charging me 169.95 to diagnose a battery problem, I was then charged an additional 343.50 for the battery. HIGHWAY robbery as I am a senior citizen who was on her way out of town that afternoon. Because I wanted to be sure that the car was operational for my return trip to Florida, they also told me that I needed an engine air filter ($112.38) --when I returned, I learned that I had had that filter replaced less than 6 months ago. Clearly, the service department took advantage of a stressful situation for a senior citizen

Poor experience, I bought a used 2015 GMC 1500 pick up It looked pretty good except they had just got it in on trade and hadn't cleaned it up yet. So the day I picked it up it was supposable had been detailed and the oil changed? The interior was half way clean it still had dog hair in the passengers side door and the engine compartment is as dirty as it was when I looked at it the first time. all this dealer prep for 495.00. Then to have the A/C work at the dealer and get it home and now all I get is hot air. Not very thrilled.

Had a great experience buying a Buick Enclave at Gurley-Leep. Kyle Lowman was our salesperson. His professionalism and product knowledge were exceptional. He even followed up after the sale to be sure we were happy with our purchase.

No response at all about a used vehicle. You would think a dealer would want to contact as many people to sell a car...

This place is a joke! They sell a car to a customer that lives in Elkhart but service only provides transportation for customers who live in St. Joe county. I was offered an Uber as a ride home and then told nobody would be able to pick me up. Seriously this is a joke. On another note, I highly doubt that this car is actually a true certified pre owned car emphasizing the certified part. Brakes were bad, horrible noise in the undercarriage, sun roof doesn’t close all of the way, second fob is so damaged that it won’t even open the doors. I’ll spare all of you the rest of the list that’s wrong. The Gurley Leep experience so far has not been all it’s cracked up to be. I would not recommend the service Dept to anyone and the follow up is horrible. Get the sale and forget about the customer, should actually be their modo.

Their service Dept. took 8 hours plus to do an oil change and tire rotation. They were supposed to install a chip they said they had, then they didn’t have, then we were told Yes, they had the chip and after trying to fry through on the phone to the service Dept which never answered their phone , it was getting near 5pm and we still had I heard from them, we went down there. To be told the chop is back ordered and no real explanation as to why it took all day for the service to be completed. You lost my trust. Elkhart isn’t that far away

I have personally bought multiple vehicles from girly leap and I'm usually asked to go with family members or friends when they are going to purchase a vehicle for themselves because of the negotiating aspects some people just are not comfortable with doing that. I normally use John in used cars he was on vacation I was referred to Marco and have to give a five if there was a six or 10 I would give him that for his honesty and lack of pressure I would have felt comfortable with my aunt buying a vehicle on her own by the way he treated us he was genuinely concerned about my aunts needs and budget and I can't say enough about that thank you for making buying a automobile so stress-free

Bought my vehicle here, have had good service experience. The last service visit we ended up buying a new wheel, 4 tires and paid for an alignment. Our truck was there almost a week. Come to find out we paid $160 for an alignment that was never done. Now we have to come back in to leave the vehicle again so they can do the alignment that was never done in the first place. Rather frustrating.

Marco Osorio went above and beyond to help me get the 2018 Ford Escape I really wanted. I appreciated his professionalism and through expertise.
